We are guided by four signposts – community, education, access and empowerment. Prairie Star seeks to be a model of a community that exists to bring together the many options for healing, along with the knowledge to make suitable choices that fits an individual's needs. We see a community of many healing modalities - to care for and craft a perfect solution for an individual's health needs. The community exists to make information and solutions available and to be another resource that can be used on the journey to good health and longevity. We share our knowledge of herbal solutions for wellness and longevity through classes and workshops conducted throughout the year, helping to provide an awareness of the many options that are available to us to support the health of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves. We offer access to herbal extracts that we make with care and precision. We encourage people to learn about herbs, and we offer a variety of herbal products that extend what they might have readily available.
Much of what we need to be healthy and thrive is provided by the natural world around us. Through herbal education, access to resources and quality products, and a supportive community, we are empowered to lead healthier lives in a healthier world.
We manufacture and sell liquid herbal extracts in the forms of Tinctures, Glycerites, and Infused Oils (sold as salves). Our practices for making herbal supplements are from a diverse collection of herbal knowledge. We incorporate multiple techniques for extracting properties from different plants for practitioners and independent use. We are one of the few manufacturers of liquid herbal extracts in the Midwest, offering wholesale and direct sales to the community. If you are interested in opening a wholesale account, please contact us at 402-533-4433 or send us an E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are you or someone you know seeking advice from an herbalist? Visit our Community Page and view our growing list of local practitioners throughout the Midwest. If you are local to our city of Blair, we have Ramona Horner from Natural Healing Omaha and Paige Hill from Oak Leaf Herbal, seeing clients every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in our herbalist office. Please stop in or give us a call to schedule an appointment.
