I have been taking Shatavari for 90 days in conjunction with Chaste Tree. I'm popping back on her to re-order. As a 45-year old that was sensing a lot of hormonal changes, this has leveled me out. I was exhausted, not being able to do anything in the afternoon without a nap. What felt like really dark periods of sadness every month are not happening and my husband has noticed the changes in me too.
