Tastes horrific, but works

I have the glycerin version and it tastes absolutely horrific, but there is a noticeable difference in motility when I take it. I’ve long had constipation and yellow dock is helping me easily go daily instead of every few days.

I’m tempted to remove a star for the taste, but that’s not something y’all control, so 5 stars for effectiveness.
