Our seasonal cleanse classes are transforming, and have become part of our Seasons of the Prairie series.  If you’ve taken any of our recent cleanse classes, you’ll recognize this change.  In addition to discussing seasonal cleansing with PSB’s season-appropriate cleanse kits, the curriculum also includes appropriate seasonal foods and herbs, seasonal cooking techniques, recipes, and self-care practices including physical movement, body awareness, and meditation.  In addition, we are including other members of the alternative health care community to be a part of our series.

Another change is our approach to group classes.  The recent pandemic has provided us with opportunities to demonstrate our resilience.  We have moved our classroom outdoors, where we can  practice social distancing and accommodate the differing needs of our students.

Please join us and celebrate the beauty of autumn on Wednesday, September 30, from 1-3PM at Black Elk Neihardt Park.  We will be providing a nourishing pumpkin soup.  Our guest speaker will be aromatherapist, Erin Littlewood.  Space is limited, so contact us to reserve your spot.  We look forward to celebrating this special time of the year with you!
Cost for the class is $25 + bring a friend for free! For purchasing online, have 2 class tickets in your cart, there will be an automatic discount applied during checkout, making one of them free.

We have limited seats, so we encourage you to call 402-533-4433 to pre-pay, or sign up through our website. *Classes that aren't filled will be canceled and those who pre-register will be notified.*
